We missed the London gig but saw him in another town. The place was a racetrack they converted into a venue. It's amazing how this man manages to make such a huge place so small. At the end of the gig everyone rushed the stage. That doesn't happen much in England. It felt like everyone just had to all of sudden get closer to him.
i saw him at the beacon in nyc soon after his london show. it was AMAZING! and they also have it on NPR's Live in Concert on All Songs Considered, so def check that out. i just love his smoky yet smooth voice. and his band is tight as can be too!
