TIMELESS MOMENTS - I'm not sure when Nakia went from a singer who I respected and was excited to have in a lineup to being a great, great friend to us all in The Outlaw Roadshow family (who still impresses us musically at nearly every turn) but that is exactly what happened. His stories, his gregarious, open-nature are all reflections of a beautiful soul (you will find evidence of this threaded throughout his music.)
Nakia played a hugely powerful live set at The Outlaw Roadshow in New York (first ever weekend playing NY!) The results (perhaps predictably) were amazing. Some of that magic is captured here in this Outlaw One on One Session. What a beautiful moment, excited as hell we captured this on film! Even more from his session and his live stage performance was captured. Stay tuned for more.
