Memories from Life is good 2012
Prowse Farm - Canton, MA

A standout nationally for her superb playing, Boston's Sarah Jarosz has become a shining star on the national bluegrass map earning her opening slots on tour this year with John Prine. Sarah just shared with fans that she's received a prestigious invitation to play the Celtic Connections, Glasgow's annual folk, roots and world music festival in January. A magnificent storyteller with a beautiful voice, Sarah's beautiful set was a huge win at this year' Life is good. Clearly, she's One to Watch.

Life is good - With the help of music fans, festival planners were able to raise $1,050,000 for The Playmakers – money that will fund programs that give teachers and child-life specials tools and resources to help kids over come the trauma of violence, poverty and illness.
