We have long been cheerleaders (no pom-pom jokes, please) for our friends in Boston's Kingsley Flood which is why it makes us so happy that they keep doing bigger & better things. With each passing show and season, the band have proven to be one of the very best acts in New England - a feather in our cap for sure! The page has turned yet again and a summer season of high praise and spectacular shows turned to fall and recording.

All that hard work pays off this week as Kingsley Flood plays a trio of back-to-back-to-back shows at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge this week. We are honored to be the first presenter for the band this Thursday night for the "Colder Still" EP release gets spilled out / burnt up and pretty much goes supernova in that small room. Because of the silly lineup (Buffalo's Son of the Sun - one of the best acts on the East Coast) and Brooklyn's wicked and dark joyfest Balthrop, Alabama - are also on the stage this night, I urge our readers to buy tickets in advance to avoid getting shut out. If you hesitate you will probably be lost (this place sells out often.)
