David Wax Museum at the Arlington Street Church

We have been ardent supports of Boston Mexo-Americana All Stars David Wax Museum for years at this point but they are considerably better than the last time you saw them. I can say that with all seriousness since they've played better each of the ten or twelve times I've seen them play. This night will be even better as David Wax & Suz Slezak (alone or with any number of guest accompaniments) take the stage at the gorgeous & historic Arlington Street Church in Boston. [official / photos] this will be your chance to catch a wonderful live set in a gorgeous setting (the band above opens the Main Stage at Newport Folk Festival - their second appearance at Fort Adams) - the setting, besides beautiful is centrally located.
When the show is over, you'll find yourself at the foot of the Back Bay and at the Gates of the Public Garden. Walk over to the Common and check out the newly-lit Christmas Tree given to the City of Boston by our friends in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Its a gorgeous 45-foot White Spruce. This is the short money, big experience event of the weekend.
