All Orbits Are Free is the name of the new album from The Crushing Low. The band; Ed Healy (vocals, guitar), Scott Lerner (guitar), Alex Lynch (bass), and Scott Maher (drums) recorded the tracks at Chelsea, MA's 1867 Recording Studios with producer Chris McLaughlin (Aberdeen City, Township, Polarbaron). The results speak for themselves.

Ability Abounds - One song really doesn't tell the whole story though. Musically speaking, The Crushing Low are an elongated elastic - bouncing off walls and description. They play modern pop tinged with the steeled cold of shoegaze but clearly own a pedigree steeped in rock. When the indie rock band does come out to play, expect great things. (At the height of TCL's rock epiphanies, are where the band's most distinctive guitar and powerful vocals are found.) It's hard not to admire an act that finds ways to make practically any song soar.
