What's Your Major? 2 Nites at Church
WHAT'S YOUR MAJOR?... A Return To Classes, the Putting on of Autumn Sweaters, the Sharpening of #2 Pencils.... For many this is just a return to fall normalcy in a city teaming with part-time college student citizenry, but this weekend (beginning tonight) there is a place to be entertained. On a pair of "What's Your Major?" rock nights prepared to entertain theatrically and comically as much as musically, 10 bands (5 on Friday and the other half on Saturday) will entertain audiences at Church of Boston.
Most college student audiences will not be able to attend since the themed party since only 21+ will be allowed inside. ($10 each night, $15 for both) It's a calculated risk but one that should work based strictly on the level of talent involved and the thriving nature of the Boston music scene these days.
What's Your Major? is another theme dance (picture it as a comedy rock ball) orchestrated by Boston Band Crush, who recently held One Night Band (a random, rock lottery-inspired night of music last month at the Middle East) - with those same minds behind this one expect good things from this one.
