BECK reinventing BECK: I made it no secret last year that I was thoroughly disappointed by Beck's Modern Guilt (2008) which I called a very "middle of the road effort" from an otherwise gifted musician. But I have refused to give up on Beck - he's always up to something new and exciting. True to form, Beck's creative team have revamped the dude's website and he's evidently retooling some material (and hopefully working on some new stuff). Here's the video for Beck's acoustic version of Gamma Ray:
