THIS JUST IN: It's been a few months since I last heard from my friends in NYC's Murder Mystery, but they dropped me a line this week with word that the band is finishing a new record in 2009. Some songs have already been recorded and more are in the works. This is very good news!

THE LATEST FROM THIS BAND: Murder Mystery are Jeremy, Laura, Adam and Graham. The band released the enigmatic and fun Are You Ready for the Heartache - Cause Here It Is album in 2007 to some pretty high praise from journalists and bloggers alike. [* Here's the RSL album review.] Based on what we've heard for ourselves (we booked the band to play two RSL presents live music showcases)... This band proved that they have a very promising future!
