Okkervil River will release The Stand Ins, on Jagjaguwar this fall. (Released September 9th in the US and October 13th in the UK and Europe.) It's O.R.'s fifth full-length record to be released in the last seven years. And if last year's Stage Names (RSL Top 15 Album Pick for 2007) is any indication of where the band is headed - this will be one to remember!
