The National's revolutionary night in Boston - Plugging OTD

THE NATIONAL LIVE IN BOSTON 2007 (part 2) - Thank god for modern recording techniques! I haven't had a chance yet to tell you about the sneaky small National show I attended late last month. Aha! Now please direct your attention to the Boston Phoenix's On the Download page today to check out their amazing live videos and live tracks of the National "Secret" Performance sponsored by WFNX radio. I found out late in the game (but early enough to make it - Thanks again Brad!) and we saw one hell of an awesome free show. It was the second time I've seen the band in the last few weeks. Super small setting - Fire Ordinance Limitation for evening host Paddy O's: Just 232 people! Yep, a dream come true. Check out the track I have here and enjoy the posters (sic) printed and setup by the good folks at Miller Lite (ick?!) Then head over to OTD for the rest of the goodness!

A misspelled sign couldn't spoil the night for 232 people.
If you missed the night - check out the videos on the Phoenix blog.
