Wow. Bad Day at work. Plain Bad!

At issue (minus any real or defining details..): Some people are just innately self-centered making regular tasks unpleasant and life; bitter, for the rest of us. All this stress comes ironically, (of course), on the eve of the holiday designated to celebrate compassion and caring.
